The 3rd International Conference on Data & Digital Humanities (DDHUM25), to be held in hybrid format at the University of Minho, Braga, Portugal, on 27–28 November 2025, focuses on the theme Text and Multimodal Data Processing for Sustainable Development. Building on the success of previous editions, this conference brings together researchers and practitioners to examine how the processing of text, image, audio, and video data within the Digital Humanities can contribute to social impact and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). DDHUM25 emphasizes ethical and interdisciplinary approaches to data collection, analysis, and communication, addressing challenges in multimodal data handling, innovative structuring methods, and cross-disciplinary collaboration that promote accessibility and sustainable solutions to global issues.
